I loved The Dark Crystal so much. I’m sure any readers I’ve got will get sick of seeing the Dark Crystal on this blog. Deal with it.
In this video you can see what the puppet/costumes for the Skeksis look like now, both restored and original. You can see that the hands are the first thing to go, and they’re in rough shape. There’s not a ton to look at here, but I just found it interesting to hear Julie Zoble talk about the process.
