With Dune rapidly approaching, it’s time to look back at the Dune of 1984 and admire some special effects.
I was particularly amused at the use of the miniature troops on tiny conveyor belts for the desert army scenes
If you haven’t seen the 1984 version of Dune, you should probably go check it out. It’s only 99 cents on Amazon . There have been other adaptations that might have been more tightly following the story, but there’s no denying the impact this version made.
